We will contract to purchase any remaining units for a pre-agreed discount of 20% to Open Market Value;
Our Sales Fee ranges from 0% to 5% of GDV: you will only pay a Sales Fee on the homes that you sell on the Open Market, either 3% or 5% depending on whether you want a deposit paid up-front (see above); you don't pay anything on homes sold to us.
In return you lock-in a minimum sales value which can assist you to raise development finance and give you peace of mind.
You are able to sell the properties on the Open Market at any time and keep all of your profit.
SELL UNSOLD STOCK
Once you've exhausted your Open Market Sales - typically 6 months after Practical Completion - we will purchase the remaining properties at the pre-agreed prices.
